Sue Marsden Art at the Storey Lancaster with King St Arts CIC

I have been working on new paintings based on the sounds of our landscape. The whispers of a forest, the splash of a moorland brook the sound of free running water. I’ll be taking along a selection of prints and cards too.

Blackburn Artists Exhibitions

After picking up my work from the Blackburn Artists exhibition at The Garstang Art Centre https://garstangartssociety.org.uk I headed off to Queen Street Mill with a different collection of work to where Blackburn Artists now have an exhibition over the Summer months in the cafe area. The grade 1 mill is well worth a visit as the last surviving 19th century steam powered weaving mill in the world. https://www.lancashire.gov.uk/leisure-and-culture/museums/queen-street-mill-textile-museum/
